1. PRESS CONFERENCE

The ceremony will be attended by the City Mayor, the Councillor for Culture and Tourism, and the president of the Provincial Association of the Hotel and Catering sector, and other local representatives.

Media attending the event will be informed of participation details, news presented in the twelfth anniversary and the names of sponsors who made the competition possible.

2. OPENING

In the opening ceremony and in front of the media, public, participants and the jury, the role of sponsors is expressly highlighted and welcomed by the authorities.  Sponsors are mentioned and sponsors' logos can be seen at the photocalls.

3. WELCOME PACK

This is offered to all accredited people (restaurant, hotel, bar owners, participants, distributors, critics, media, sector professionals) in this competition.

4. CLOSING CEREMONY

On the third and final day of the National Pinchos and Tapas Competition 2021 the event closure will be chaired by the City Mayor and other authorities.

Once the winners of each category are revealed and prizes are awarded, a closing cocktail party will be held where the competition sponsors can offer attendees a sample of their products.

This is an outstanding space to distinguish yourself and demonstrate your know-how.

5. INTERNATIONAL TAPAS FESTIVAL AND MEETING POINT

From 2th November to 12th November, almost fifty food establishments and restaurants in Valladolid offer competing pinchos and tapas to the public. All of them will be twinned with the participating restaurants and bars who arrive from all Spanish autonomous communities.

This is unique opportunity to access to and meet in person the people in charge of establishments participating in the Competition and their corresponding twinned establishments in the city in a relaxed environment.
