The Museo del Dulce (The Sweet Museum) is the only of its kind. Its creator was the Master Pastry Chef Enrique Cubero. The Museum exhibits several scale reproductions of the most representative monuments in Valladolid, but the surprising thing is the material used for them: sugar.
