Church of Jesus of Nazareth
In its brick façade co-exist neo-romanic elements of romano-historicistic inspiration
It was built at the request of the Religious Fraternity of Our Father Jesus Nazarene (Cofradía Penitencial de Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno) during the second half of the 17th century. It originally had a Latin-cross plan but it was modified in 1885 due of a restructuring of the road layout. That year the architect Ruiz Sierra builds a new brick facade, with a central section and two lateral wings crowned by parapets, which house the bells. On it, neo-Romanesque elements -cornice with Lombard arches- coexist with more classicist elements -semicircular arches and a central oculus-. It is open for worship.
