On the other side of the Pisuerga river, in 1986 works were initiated for conditioning the building that housed the company INDAL. A year later it was opened as a civic center to be used and enjoyed by the people of this neighborhood. The Civic Center is on the first floor of the building and has two multi-purpose rooms, three workshop rooms, a meeting room, an exhibition space, a center for social action and also in front of the building there is a little house called"Casa de la música" for music groups rehearsal. All these rooms guarantee the development of various activities for cultural dissemination and social involvement, as well as recreational activities.
