Valladolid becomes the national and global capital of tapas in November. The highest gastronomy is presented on a small plate to conquer taste buds with a single bite.

The city is the host of the National Pinchos and Tapas Contest and the 6th World Tapas Championship. Both competitions, the most important live show cookings in the country, take place in the Millennium Dome in front of a distinguished jury with several Michelin Stars.

International Tapas Festival

Parallel to both competitions, the International Tapas Festival allows residents and visitors to taste the more than 60 finalist proposals at the city's bars.

As a novelty in the 2022 edition, all winning tapas from the National Contest and the World Championship could be tasted at the Millennium Dome.
