This palace was built around 1503 at the request of Juan de Figueroa, and underwent various restoration works in the same century. The front offers a stylistic balance where Renaissance elements of Florentine inspiration -the semicircular-arched doorway with rusticated voussoirs, parapet decorated with a mask, coat of arms of the Marquises Figueroa/Valverde, two sculptures of a man and a woman at the sides, corner windows crowned by women sculptures, mannerist medallions- coexist with others added in the restorations of the 17th and 18th centuries -plasterwork-. It was restored again in 1981 and is used as a dwelling.
